Lalique’s bowler hat sculpture is the only work by René Magritte which is mirrored as both a painting and an object. Originally created only days apart, both pieces are entitled *Le Bouchon d’Épouvante*or ‘The Horror Cork’. This latest rendering honours the late artist, with his surrealist vision immortalised in fine crystal.
