Odoul Coquard is comprised of vines from the winemaker’s father’s and grandfather’s plots, comprising of 8.85 hectares with 44 parcels in 22 appellations. But a lot of work creates an elegant payoff, with the Aux Combottes Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru being matured in 75% oak barrels, with lasting notes of red fruits and earthy truffle.
