Founded in 2010, Westland utilises the natural materials found in the Pacific Northwest to create its own unique version of single malt whiskey. Part of the Native Oak series, the Garryana 4|1 ages the spirit in barrels made from Garry oak – a tree that’s native to the distillery’s specific region – as well as Pedro Zimenex sherry casks. Resulting in notes of buckwheat honey, vanilla cream and milk chocolate, the dry character of the oak comes across with every drop.
