SUQQU Gel Eyeliner Pencil glides effortlessly onto the delicate eyelid. The soft tip is a blend of wax and oils for smooth definition, combined with a superfine point to easily fill in gaps between eyelashes, while the waterproof formula withstands rubbing to stay in place for the entire day without smudging. It comes with a blur tip on the opposite side from the pencil to create a smudged softer finish.
