Proudly hand-making anodised aluminium homeware in London since 1947, Kaymet remains a stalwart of the British design industry. Founded by Sydney Schreiber, who produced boxes for radars during the Second World War, the brand developed its in-house manufacturing process to create a range of elegant yet practical trays and trolleys. With the signature lap tray featuring in the pages of Vogue in 1955, Kaymet's designs have been used to serve not only Buckingham Palace, but aboard the Royal Yacht as part of Queen Elizabeth II's world coronation tour in 1954. Continuing to build its reputation as a heritage brand with products sold across 35 countries, Kaymet has been recognised with a Royal Warrant as a definitive mark of approval.
