Harrods runs numerous competitions, prize draws, giveaways and offers across the Knightsbridge store and online (Competitions & Offers). In addition to the specific rules governing each competition, prize draw, giveaway and offer, the following general terms apply. Harrods reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
By participating in any Competitions or Offers, you agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions applicable to the promotion.
The Promoter’s staff, agents and their immediate families may be restricted in participating in Competitions and redeeming Offers, please consult the relevant specific terms for further details.
Harrods Limited is the ‘Promoter’ in relation to the Competition or Offer unless stated otherwise.
Competitions and Offers are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The 10% offer is available to all Harrods Rewards members on purchases made (i) in-store at the Harrods Knightsbridge store between 25th June 2026 to 28h June 2026, and (ii) online at http://harrods.com or (iii) via the Harrods app, between 24th June 2026 starting at 5pm BST and 28th June 2026.
Certain departmental, brand and product exclusions apply (including but not limited to: Fine Jewellery and Watches, in-store Food Halls and Hampers purchases, Restaurants and Cafés, Hair and Beauty Salon, Wellness Clinic, Furniture, Halcyon Gallery and Gift Cards). Please ask in-store or contact Customer Service for a full list of exclusions, including excluded brands.
To redeem the Offer in-store, customers must present their Rewards card upon payment or be logged into their Harrods Rewards account online at http://harrods.com or the Harrods app.
The relevant discount will be automatically applied at the till point (for in-store purchases) or at the point of checkout (for purchases online at http://harrods.com or the Harrods app).
The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Rewards discount promotion offers or exchanged for cash.
The Offers exclude Harrods staff, agents and their immediate families.

MyBeauty members aged 18 or over, who upon spending £20 or more in one transaction (excluding services & Gift Cards) in store at any H Beauty store, recycle 5 or more Eligible Items (as defined in the Schedule) on the same date and time, in store at the H Beauty store (“Qualifying Members”) will be eligible to receive 500 bonus Harrods Rewards points (“Recycling Reward”).
Qualifying Members must present their Harrods Rewards card at the till when providing their Eligible Items for recycling.
Points awarded as part of the Recycling Reward will be loaded on the Qualifying Member’s Harrods Rewards card approximately seven days after they have recycled the Eligible Items.
Qualifying Members may only redeem and receive one Recycling Reward per day and a maximum of 3 Recycling Rewards per calendar month.
Additional Recycling Rewards will not be added to Qualifying Members accounts once they have received the maximum number of Recycling Rewards in one calendar month.
Qualifying Members should ensure Eligible Items provided for recycling are as empty and clean as possible. Harrods reserves the right to refuse Eligible Items that are not in satisfactory condition or refuse Items for recycling at its discretion.
This offer is not transferable to other MyBeauty members, or any other person. The My Beauty account holder must be present to redeem this offer.

Customers who spend £60 or more in one transaction from the H Beauty Lakeside store (excluding purchases from the H Beauty café and champagne bar) and present their receipt to the H beauty Lakeside Sampling Station (“Sampling Station”) may receive two of the sample products on display at the Sampling Station (“Samples”) at the time of the qualifying transaction, subject to availability. H Beauty employees, agents and their immediate families are excluded. Please note Samples may be mini size, travel size or deluxe size, please refer to the display or ask a member of staff for details. Samples will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers may only receive one pair of Samples per transaction. The Samples are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product. In the event that any product(s) from the qualifying transaction are returned the customer will also be required to return the Samples. Harrods Beauty Limited reserves the right to amend the requirements for a qualifying transaction, to cancel or close the Sampling Station, to substitute the Samples for an item of equal or greater value and/or to amend these terms and conditions, without notice at any time.
Customers who spend £60 or more in one transaction from the H beauty Milton Keynes at centre:mk store (excluding purchases from the Champagne bar) and present their receipt to the H beauty Milton Keynes centre:mk Sampling Station (“Sampling Station”) may receive two of the sample products on display at the Sampling Station (“Samples”) at the time of the qualifying transaction, subject to availability. This offer is open to all Harrods American Express® Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) aged 18 or over, between 10th October 2023 and 31st December 2026.
Cardmembers who:
Sign up to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (“SLH”) SLH Club Loyalty programme or;
Are existing Club 02 (Tier 2) members of the SLH CLUB loyalty programme, will be eligible for a complimentary upgrade to Club 02 of the SLH CLUB loyalty programme (“Membership Upgrade”).
Cardmembers who are newly signing up to the SLH programme must sign up via https://slh.com/partners/harrods-club02-2025 and will be automatically enrolled into the Membership Upgrade, which will show on their SLH account.
Cardmembers who are existing SLH Club 01 (Tier 1) members must contact the SLH team at [email protected] to request their Membership Upgrade, which will show on their SLH account within 7 working days of the request.
The Membership Upgrade will be valid from the date of upgrade until 31st December of the subsequent calendar year.
This offer excludes existing SLH Club 02 (Tier 2) loyalty members.

Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase will receive free UK standard delivery on their Qualifying Purchase. Customers will also be able to use the free returns service available on the website on Qualifying Purchases.

This offer is valid between 15th October 2025 and 31st August 2026 (“Offer Period”).
Qualifying customers who apply for, are approved for and activate their Harrods American Express® Card (“Card”) within the Offer Period (“Cardmembers”) and spend £10,000 or more on their Card within three months of Card approval will be eligible to receive up to 50,000 Harrods Rewards points:
Spend £3,000 within the first 3 months of Cardmembership, receive 5,000 Harrods Rewards points.
