The Bachelet brothers are descended from generations of Burgundian winemakers, bringing a unique combination of heritage and fresh perspective to Domaine Bachelet-Monnot. Grapes are farmed without herbicides and harvested by hand from the Dezize-lès-Maranges vineyards, before ageing in 25% new oak barrels. A testament to this process, the Chassagne-Montrachet 2021 vintage has a broad nose and a ripe mouthfeel with notes of rounded stone fruit.
