Proving itself to be aptly named, Rare has only released 11 vintages in the last 40 years, all of which are produced as a limited series. Created under the direction of Champagne legend Régis Camus, the 2012 vintage of the Rosé Millésime is a rose quartz hue in the glass, while its nose evokes aromas of cherry blossom, delicate forest fruit and lychee. When sipped, the palate is greeted with intense cherry and ginger flavours.
