For over twenty years, Samuel Billaud has been responsible for producing some of the best wines out of the Chablis area. Situated in the northernmost wine district of the Burgundy region of France, the vineyard had experienced a low yield in 2021 on account of a frosty season. 2022, though, saw long sunny days result in a miraculous turnaround, with the Grand Cru Bougros vintage defined by honeyed fruit complemented by a crisp acidity.
