With its name translating from Latin to mean ‘absolutely indispensable’, Sine Qua Non unsurprisingly creates unforgettable wines. Based mostly on Syrah but blended with the likes of Grenache, Muscat and Petit Manseng, the 2020 Distenta was fermented with 16% whole clusters and matured for nearly two years in new French oak giving it a floral perfume, rounded tannins and a long, fragrant finish.
