Diptyque

Drawn together by a shared creative vision, friends Christiane Gautrot, Desmond Knox-Leet and Yves Coueslant opened the first Diptyque store in Paris on 34 Boulevard Saint-Germain in 1961. Initially displaying their own interior designs and collections from their travels, Diptyque launched its first Eau de Toilette, L’Eau, in 1968, sparking a more than 40-year-old fragrance legacy. Synonymous with style, the House has formed its own unique space in the world of personal and home fragrance with a highly-coveted collection of candles, perfumes and bath and body, all paying tribute to nature. Using only rare and precious raw materials in fragrances and a blend of first-class waxes in candles, Diptyque remains uncompromising in its quest for the very best of olfactory experiences.
