For this Villa Soleilla 2020 vintage, whole bunches of Roussanne, Viognier and Vermentino grapes are vinified in buried clay amphoras. The resulting wine is taut on the palate with notes of apricot, bitter orange and candied orgeat – balanced out by salty, creamy butter notes.
