The Rossignol family has run vineyards in Burgundy’s famous Cote de Nuits since the 16th century, so it should come as no surprise that the current generation – brothers Nicolas and David Rossignol – produces some of the best vintages of the region. The coolest of the grand crus due to the cold air that descends from the Hautes Côtes, the 2022 vintage of the Latricières-Chambertin is fresh and vibrant with a silky texture.
