If it’s dim sum – and then some – you’re craving, you’re in the right place. Dim Sum by China Tang, the sister restaurant to the renowned China Tang at The Dorchester, brings the finest authentic Cantonese cuisine in delicious bite-sized parcels to the Harrods Dining Hall.  

The menu boasts a selection of exquisite dim sum, from scallop dumplings delicately topped with caviar to truffle and shiitake mushroom bao, crispy vegetable spring rolls and Wagyu taro puffs. However, the standout is undoubtedly the succulent cha siu bao – light, fluffy buns filled with rich, umami-packed pork that define the art of the perfect pork bun. 

Other must-try dishes include the juicy Iberico pork xiao long bao soup dumplings and the half roast Peking duck, a showstopping centrepiece with glossy Mahogony-brown skin that crackles open to reveal tender and flavourful meat. Served traditionally – sliced, not shredded – each slice promises a satisfying contrast of crisp, melt-in-the-mouth skin and succulent duck.
